The Challenge

Prime Solutions Biomedical had grown beyond the capabilities of its original marketing materials and website. As the company expanded, it needed a more professional visual identity and online presence that clearly communicated its expertise while supporting future growth.

Over time, additional resources and product information also needed to be incorporated without overwhelming visitors.

The Approach

Our relationship began with the design of a trifold brochure before expanding into a complete visual identity. After exploring several logo concepts, the team selected a custom Heartleaf design that established a bold, modern brand while remaining flexible across both print and digital applications.

The website redesign focused on creating a cleaner user experience, modernizing the overall appearance, organizing services more effectively, and introducing custom icons that helped visitors quickly understand the company's areas of expertise.

As Prime continued to grow, I remained involved by designing a dedicated Shop and Products page that balanced detailed technical information with a clean, intuitive layout. Product documentation, downloadable safety sheets, and chemical information were organized using expandable sections and thoughtful navigation to make complex information easier to browse.

The Outcome

Prime Solutions Biomedical now has a cohesive brand identity and professional website that better reflects the company's expertise and continued growth.

The flexible website structure also allows new products and services to be added while maintaining the clean, organized experience established during the redesign.
